Long-Term, Personalized Social Media Training and Strategy
One of the best ways to improve your social media is by having your own personal strategist, trainer, and accountability partner. (Accountability is key!)
Sign up for a 10-hour retainer to start, and we’ll hold your hand* as you build a social media program that’s easy and fun to run—and gets results! Our work together is 100% customized to your product/service, audience, and overall marketing goals.
Most of our time will be used on Zoom calls lasting 1-1.5 hours each, scheduled at your convenience. We’re also available by phone or email if you need help between sessions.
Also, expect homework! Assignments will be based on a new skill or strategy covered with each session. And we’ll check to make sure you got it done. ☺

Delaware ShoutOut’s knowledge of social media is tops. The training our staff received on where and when to post, how much to post and the importance of keeping your newsfeed fresh across a variety of platforms was very comprehensive. And, the personalization of the training for sales staff in using LinkedIn was most informative. All in all, very professionally done without losing the personal touch. Thanks Delaware ShoutOut for helping ABC Delaware move forward in the digital age.
Most small businesses don’t know what do to with social media. We were in the same boat before we worked with Delaware ShoutOut. They created a solid social media strategy plan and got us in the right direction. They were really helpful. What I like most about Delaware ShoutOut is that they truly understand what their clients need. They don’t look at social media from a big, corporate level. They look at it from the standpoint of the small business owner.
I could handle my personal social media but was very apprehensive about managing social media for an organization. Brooke Miles and I immediately formed a friendly rapport while working with her company, allowing me to dispel my anxieties about my ability to manage AIDS Delaware’s social media outlets. I’m learning something new every day and know if I have questions or concerns, I can reach out to Delaware ShoutOut to guide me in the right direction.
Working with Delaware ShoutOut provided independent validation that our social media strategy and execution was strong. But Brooke gave us the additional insights, tips, and strategies we needed to take our social execution to the next level. We’ve since experienced increases in organic followers and engagement, and our workflow is more streamlined and efficient. I would highly recommend leveraging Delaware ShoutOut’s knowledge and experience, regardless of whether you’re new to social strategy and execution or a more seasoned pro.
Another great working session! Our annual “hands-on” sessions have greatly increased my knowledge and confidence in utilizing various social media tools in marketing my coaching practice. Thanks for contributing to the success of An Intentional Life, LLC!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the level of experience, expertise, and guidance the Delaware ShoutOut Team has provided for our company. We highly recommend Delaware ShoutOut for those interested in social media strategy & marketing.
The thought of social media was quite overwhelming to me but Delaware ShoutOut helped me create a much-needed simple, yet effective social media strategy for our business. Their training was tailored to my skill level and needs with ideas that I never would have thought of. Delaware ShoutOut has unlocked my social media world! Both Brooke and her team are top notch and go the extra mile for their clients. Best decision I made was hiring Delaware ShoutOut.
Being computer illiterate, and admittedly, more than a bit intimidated and confused by all the “computerese,” I had no idea how to use Twitter or Instagram to be an advocate for local theater and other community activities. I was clueless on the meaning of hashtags and how they help the reader to locate those theaters and activities in their area in which they might be interested. After Delaware ShoutOut’s training, I can honestly say I feel more confident to take on computer social media responsibilities that once would have sent me running for the hills. Thanks!
